Session details
Duration: This 8-week session starts on Tuesday July 11 and ends on Saturday September 2
Classes: There are 2 classes a week: one on Tuesday at 2pm and the other on Saturday at 9 am.

Teacher: Jack Godfrey has studied and taught Qi Gong since 2013. He recently completed his 200 hour certification in Phoenix Arizona with Zen Wellness. He is working on his 500 hour certification.
