Have you experienced any of these challenges?
- struggle getting into a asana,
- sometimes feel you are overstretching to achieve the perfect pose,
- been injured while practicing,
- feel tired after practice
If any of this sounds familiar, you may be compromising ‘the foundation’ to achieve the perfect asana.
First and foremost stability is the key to safe asana practice. Establishing a stable foundation is the basis for successful asana development and enables you to achieve the state of yoga during practice.
In this workshop, we will explore these concepts against the backdrop of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series.
